I recently had the pleasure of working with Megan Scott on her fabulous cooking blog, Little Gem. After maintaining the blog on her own for the past year, Megan began receiving a bunch of praise, hits, and interest from a local and national audience. She realized it was time to take things to the next level. Working closely with her unique style, budget, and the sweet, smart character of her blog (which provides amazing recipes based on weekly CSA provisions), we developed an identity for Little Gem– one that could function on the blog alone as well as expanded to all sorts of branding loveliness. Take a look at her recent post on Fava Beans with Bacon and Shaved Pecorino.

Yum!

April 20, 2010

Chestnut Hill Cafe in Lancaster, PA recently installed the Rain Barrel I painted as a part of LIVE Green’s Auction last year. Rain barrels can reduce the amount of stormwater that enters the municipal sewer system and streams,  control moisture levels around the foundation of your home, provide oxygenated, un-chlorinated water which is ideal for [...]

Fractured Fairy Tale

February 23, 2010

I love this beautiful custom wall unit by Thomas Wold. Its creative, unique and built primarily from recycled materials (80% of the drawers and fronts were found on the street). I’m trying to figure out how to do something like this around the massive, ugly tv that graces our wall- maybe with a retractable curtain [...]
